Investigation of bamboo as a sustainable material used in a structural way. Beginning with experiments in joinery, the research was taken through many scales, including space frames, a panelized wall design, and a full scale mock up.

  Explored traditional techniques to develop a bamboo framed cavity wall design and bamboo matting and paper pulp concrete in a composite structural insulated panel (SIP).
