Camp Lejeune Design Guide

This was a complete revision to an existing design guide for Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune and Marine Corps Air Station New River.  Divided both installations into 13 major districts, each with distinct forms, materials and color palettes.

 The document included form-based design guidelines and establishes an architectural review board to ensure compliance.

Guidelines were vetted through multiple stakeholders including base planners, architects, public works, housing and school officials, and recreation officers. 180 pages, included two sets of 15 finish boards with sample materials and colors, broken down by district.
